Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day HR coordination along with basic accounts and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people-related and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources

• Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
• Support onboarding and documentation process for new employees and interns
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, records, and operational processe
• Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination

Accounts & Operations

• Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
• Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain expense records and petty cash management
• Support account reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports
• Assist with tax, compliance, and documentation-related activities
• Manage data entry and maintain organized records using Excel or accounting software

Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of HR operations and accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Details:
Role: HR & Accounts Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Salary: 14,000 – 18,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow with the team.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
