Purchase Manager – Solar EPC Full Time

About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Purchase Manager to join our SCM team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for our large-scale C&I Ground Mount Solar projects. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for solar components (Inverters, Modules, BOS, etc.) for Ground Mount projects.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms without compromising on quality or timelines.
• Identify and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Collaborate with the Design and Engineering teams to ensure procurement aligns with technical mandates.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and ethical procurement standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  Experience: 12 – 18 Years of experience in SCM/Procurement (preferably within the Solar or Power Infrastructure industry)
• .Education: B.E. / B.Tech (MBA in Supply Chain or Operations is highly preferred)
• .Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Ground Mount MW scale solar project requirements
