Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager – Asia Pacific excluding Greater China (APEC), based in India, will play a critical role in supporting Marriott’s growth and talent strategy by leading recruitment efforts across APEC, with a focus on hotel Executive Committee (ExCom) and Department Head roles in South Asia.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Solutions – APEC, this position will also extend support to broader APEC markets and contribute to global talent acquisition projects, including the development of an insourced recruitment model and strategic workforce planning.
The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of APEC and India talent market, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience in senior-level recruitment, recruitment platforms, and data-driven hiring strategies. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be passionate about delivering scalable, high-impact talent acquisition strategies across a diverse and dynamic region.
