Mode: Hybrid (Online + On-ground exposure)

• Channel Partner Acquisition
• Real Estate/Product Pitching
• Lead Qualification & Conversion
• Site Visit Coordination
• Output Expectation:
• Each intern must be ready to hire & manage Channel Partners independently

Phase 2: Internship Activation (Performance-Based)Role: HRBP Intern (HR Business Partner)

Core Responsibilities:

• Hire 10 Channel Partners (CPs)
• Ensure:
• Each CP generates minimum 1 site visit/week
• Maintain continuous engagement & productivity of CPs

Stipend Model (Performance Only)

• ₹50,000 per successful closure done by their Channel Partners
• This is considered as performance stipend, not fixed pay

Key Philosophy:

• No passive earning
• Only result-driven reward system

Channel Partner (CP) Expectations

• Minimum 1 Site Visit per Week
• Active lead generation & client coordination
• Work aligned with HRBP guidance

HRBP Leader Structure Role: HRBP Leader

Manages:

• 5 HRBP Interns

Responsibilities:

• Ensure each HRBP:
• Hires 10 CPs
• Drives weekly site visits
• Achieves at least 1 closure (₹50K earning)

HRBP Leader Incentive

• If an HRBP earns minimum 1 reward cheque → Leader qualifies baseline success
• If any HRBP achieves 3 closures:
• Leader earns ₹25,000 per successful cheque

Example:

• If 1 HRBP closes 3 deals → Leader earns ₹1,50,000
• If multiple HRBPs perform → Leader scales earnings significantly

Note: Every Successful Hire along with Successful Site Visit they Earn ₹ 500 – 1000 As Bonus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
