Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Architect role with a hybrid work model, based in Mumbai with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design and planning, collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of projects, manage project timelines, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful delivery of luxurious real estate developments. The responsibilities encompass project oversight from inception to completion, ensuring designs align with the company’s high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design to conceptualize and execute high-quality designs.
• Experience in liasioning Architecture. knowledge of dcpr 2034 and it’s various clauses
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and ensuring timely project completion.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to align design practices with modern technologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mumbai is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
