Lead Generation Specialist ( #17301 ) Full Time

ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with research, outreach, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other

prospecting tools.

• Execute outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls if required) to generate and nurture

leads.

• Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce,

etc.)

• Collect, clean, and analyze lead and campaign data to track performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups,

charts) or BI tools.

• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline progress, and campaign

ROI.

• Share insights and recommendations with the sales/marketing teams to improve

targeting and conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data analysis, or a combined

sales-analytics role.

• MBA in marketing
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Good research and prospecting skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
