Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Graphic Designer who blends traditional design skills with cutting-edge AI image generation expertise. You will create stunning visuals by combining AI-generated imagery with professional design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva — producing brand-consistent, high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels.

You are not just a designer who uses AI as a shortcut. You are someone who understands how to craft intelligent prompts, curate the best outputs, and refine them into polished, production-ready work.

Key Responsibilities

AI Image Generation & Prompting

• Generate high-quality images using AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, and Leonardo AI
• Write precise, creative, and effective prompts to produce images that match brand briefs and campaign concepts
• Iterate on prompts to control style, composition, lighting, color palette, and mood
• Build and maintain a prompt library for consistent visual output across campaigns

Design Production & Post-Processing

• Import AI-generated images into Adobe Photoshop for retouching, compositing, color grading, and background removal
• Use Illustrator and other Adobe tools to combine AI imagery with typography, icons, and brand elements
• Ensure all AI-generated visuals are refined, polished, and production-ready before delivery
• Create social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collateral

Brand Consistency & Creative Direction

• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all AI-generated and designed assets
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign messaging
• Develop mood boards, style guides, and visual concepts for campaigns using AI as a creative tool
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently

Workflow & Tool Management

• Build efficient AI-to-design pipelines that speed up production without compromising quality
• Stay up to date with the latest AI image generation models, tools, and techniques
• Organize and manage a library of AI-generated assets for team-wide use
• Identify and evaluate new AI design tools that can improve team output

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools — Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or Stable Diffusion
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — compositing, masking, retouching, and color correction
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles: typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to write detailed, effective prompts that produce consistent and brand-aligned imagery
• Portfolio that includes examples of AI-generated images integrated into real design work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva Pro, Figma, or other design platforms
• Knowledge of ControlNet, inpainting, outpainting, and other advanced Stable Diffusion techniques
• Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Understanding of print production standards and digital ad specifications
• Experience working in a marketing agency, e-commerce, or SaaS environment
• Basic knowledge of copyright and ethical considerations around AI-generated imagery
