Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hiring Manager with 5+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment, ATS management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, optimizing hiring processes through ATS platforms, and handling recruitment agencies/vendors to ensure timely hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and departments
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment operations
• Ensure accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management within ATS
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
• Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and monitor hiring performance metrics
• Negotiate vendor contracts, SLAs, and recruitment costs
• Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Generate recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards
• Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience hiring for multiple domains/industries preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and HR compliance

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
