Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager Full Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to build and scale our online presence. You’ll own campaigns from concept to execution, experimenting with new platforms and strategies that actually drive results.

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling social media content (posts, reels, carousels) across platforms
• Build and manage content calendars with strategic daily posting
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for maximum ROI
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate strategies
• Build partnerships with relevant creators and influencers
• Stay ahead of trends and test new ideas to drive platform growth
• Drive measurable growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media, digital marketing, or growth roles
• Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of analytics dashboards and KPIs
• Proficiency creating or directing reels and trending content
• Self-starter mentality with full ownership of projects
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Clear communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have: Design skills (Canva, Adobe) | AI usage for content generation | Creator platform experience | SEO knowledge | Email marketing background
