Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Garia and focuses on performance marketing with expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. As a Performance Marketer, your responsibilities will include creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on various platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions, conduct A/B testing, collaborate with the content team for ad creatives, and ensure budget utilization aligns with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and optimization
• Strong proficiency in campaign analytics, keyword research, and A/B testing
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and similar
• Ability to develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet key business metrics
• Proficiency in interpreting data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights for campaign improvement
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative and content teams
• Additional experience in Ed-tech or education marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
