Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Success Associate (Freshers Only). The associate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by actively engaging with clients, addressing queries, and providing prompt support. Key responsibilities include managing relationships, resolving issues, and gathering customer feedback to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong focus on Customer Retention and experience in maintaining long-term client relationships
• Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
