Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Head of Business Development to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should come from a marketing, sales, or business development background and must know how to crack deals, communicate confidently, and build conversion-focused strategies.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client communication, managing sales pipelines, and helping the company grow through effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Create sales pitches and client acquisition strategies
- Handle follow-ups and sales pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Use CRM tools and strategic follow-up systems to improve conversions
Required Qualifications
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with leadership qualities
- Strategic and growth-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is an added advantage
