Admin Role in Employee Transportation Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Admin role within Employee Transportation. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing employee transportation operations, managing invoicing and finances, and providing excellent customer service to ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders. Responsibilities also include managing records, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational transportation standards and policies.

• Strong understanding of administrative processes and organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in invoicing and finance management
• Experience in customer service and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Chennai
• Prior experience in employee transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is desirable
