About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day sales coordination, customer follow-ups, order processing, supplier coordination, billing activities, and operational support for our corporate café/counter operations.

This role requires a person who is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with phone calls and coordination, and capable of handling both office operations and field coordination when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Coordination

• Make daily cold calls and follow up with potential corporate clients
• Receive customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate with existing clients for repeat orders and upselling opportunities
• Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and approvals

Order Processing & Documentation

• Enter orders into the system accurately
• Create Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Challans, and Invoices
• Coordinate with accounts/admin for billing and payment tracking
• Maintain sales and order records properly

Supplier & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement
• Monitor stock and arrange required inventory and supplies
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of products and materials
• Track inventory usage and reduce wastage

Operations & Counter Management

• Supervise daily counter/café operations at client offices
• Ensure adequate stock availability at all counters
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, presentation, and food quality standards
• Coordinate with support staff for smooth daily operations
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

General Administration

• Prepare daily sales and operations reports
• Coordinate internally with kitchen, delivery, and management teams
• Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong customer handling and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, emails, WhatsApp)
• Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel locally if required

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in food & beverage, café, catering, hospitality, retail, or sales coordination preferred
• Comfortable handling calls, documentation, and operational coordination
• Self-driven and responsible individual with good follow-up skills
