🎯 Role Objective

To conduct thorough audits of supplier activities, ensuring compliance with onboarding, statutory, payroll, and contractual requirements. You’ll be the key link between legal, supply chain, and project teams to maintain a compliant and efficient contractor ecosystem.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🕵️ Audit Execution: Conduct external audits of suppliers against defined compliance criteria, focusing on onboarding and legal requirements.
• 🛠️ Corrective Action: Identify non-compliant placements, recommend and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Legal, PMO, and Supply Chain teams.
• 🔁 Follow-Up Audits: Track completion of corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to ensure resolution.
• 📈 Process Improvement: Collate insights and suggest improvements to prevent future non-compliance.
• 🌍 Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams and external suppliers.
• 📂 Data Management: Maintain accurate compliance databases including Smartsheet, onboarding checklists, and document trackers.
• 📜 Documentation & Reporting: Document findings and produce reports for internal stakeholders.
• 🧩 Additional Duties: Support other compliance-related tasks as delegated to ensure smooth operations under MSP and 2nd Tier Supplier Programs.

• 🌐 Legal Understanding: Ability to grasp international employment and legal concepts.
• 💻 Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• 🗣️ Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with confident phone/video presence.
• 📋 Organisation: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• 🔍 Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.
• 📚 Process Adherence: Quick learner with ability to follow processes consistently.
• 🧾 Documentation: Proven ability to document and file information accurately.
• 👤 Independent Worker: Works well independently and knows when to escalate.
