Oracle Integration Cloud Developer Full Time

Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, and manage enterprise integration solutions. This role requires strong expertise in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems, with a solid understanding of SDLC and CI/CD practices. Position in Gurgaon must be willing to travel to South Africa for six months, company will cover all.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)  
• Define and govern enterprise integration architecture, standards, and patterns across cloud and hybrid platforms 
• Integrate Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, Empware (EDMCS), and external systems  
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures  
• Build API-driven and event-based integration solutions  
• Manage the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration delivery  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support integrations in production  
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and reliability standards  
• Optimize integrations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness  
• Integration with AI/ML services (Oracle AI Agent)  

Technical Skills & Experience 

Core Integration 

• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)  
• Development of REST/SOAP APIs, file-based, and event-driven integrations  

Oracle Cloud & PaaS 

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services:  
• API Gateway  
• Oracle Functions  
• OCI Streaming  
• Object Storage  
• Experience with Oracle API Platform and Process Automation  

Experience & Capabilities 

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end integration solutions  
• Ability to improve data accuracy, processing efficiency, and system reliability  
• Experience across:  
• Solution design and development  
• Deployment and environment management  
• Performance optimization and security hardening  
• Production support  

Soft Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively  
• Oracle certifications are advantageous 

Preferred – 

• Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior developers  

• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including C# developers  

• Visual build, OCI admin, key vaults, patching, git, DIFFERENT AUth mechanisms, bulk data loads, root cause analysis 
• Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid)  
• Cross-platform orchestration (OIC + Azure + possibly legacy middleware)  
• Data platform integration (Synapse, Databricks, etc.)
