Pay Details (Internship & Job)

• Internship Pay: ₹10k-15k/mo base + 7 to 15% commission on sales (tiered based on monthly closes)
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Full-time Pay: ₹20-25k/mo base + 10 to 25% commissions.

Pay expectations

-If you are 6+/10, you can easily earn 50-60k/mo in the internship.

-The average performers earn: ₹70-90k/mo

-The A-players (top performers) earn: ₹1.5L to 3.5L/mo

Career Growth: If you perform well with, we might move you to higher ticket item than this low ticket product aka more pay for you.

Work Schedule: 100% Remote. Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 9 PM IST. ~9 hours daily with flexibility based on customer availability. Evening calls expected when prospects are most reachable.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote sales role managing outbound conversions for one of GrowthScribe’s key client accounts – an Indian creator-led membership business.

This role is designed for someone who’s sales-driven, self-motivated, and wants to grow their income as we help the client scale from a niche creator brand into a succesful membership business.

Core competencies: Inside sales | High-volume outbound calling | Lead reactivation | Warm-list conversion | Sales pitch delivery | Objection handling | WhatsApp follow-ups | CRM management | Membership / subscription sales | Hindi + English communication | Self-managed remote work | Client retention basics

Work arrangement: Remote position | 6-day week (Mon–Sat) | Flexible hours within 10 AM–8 PM IST | India-based clients | Customer-driven schedule (calls when prospects are reachable)

Requirements

• 1+ yr sales experience (inside sales, edtech, BPO, real estate, fitness, info products)
• Strong Hindi + English communication
• Comfortable spending most of the day on calls
• Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding / takes ownership
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Laptop + Reliable internet + backup power
• Long-term commitment mindset
• Sales experience (not just admin/customer service)
• Should learn to figure things out with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
