About the Role
OneAndOnlyDesign is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist with Google Ads expertise to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, managing paid campaigns, and driving measurable growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Perform SEO audits and implement optimization strategies
- Manage on-page and technical SEO activities
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, traffic, and conversions
- Execute link-building strategies
- Analyze analytics and prepare performance reports
- Work closely with content and creative teams to improve digital performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and PPC campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred
