Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Pricing & Purchasing Manager to support and grow our Amazon business.

This role focuses on product sourcing, pricing, and margin management, ensuring we consistently make profitable buying decisions and maintain competitive pricing across our listings.

• Key Responsibilities

ll Pricing & Margin Management

• Calculate product profitability (costs, VAT, Amazon fees, shipping)
• Set and update pricing to maintain target margins
• Monitor competitor pricing and adjust accordingly
• Purchasing & Supplier Management
• Analyse supplier price lists and identify profitable products
• Make purchasing decisions based on margin and demand
• Place orders and manage supplier relationships
• Track stock levels and avoid stockouts/overstocking.

Data & Systems Management

• Maintain product, pricing, and supplier data (Excel /

Google Sheets)

• Keep accurate records of costs, margins, and purchase history
• Work with tools like Seller Central, Keepa, or similar

Amazon Operations Support

• Add new products / listings where required
• Analyse product performance and suggest improvements
• Support day-to-day Amazon operations

Requirements Must-have:

• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of:
• Amazon fees (FBA/FBM)
• Profit margin calculations
• VAT basics

Preferred:

• Experience in wholesale or arbitrage sourcing
• Familiarity with tools like Keepa, Sellerboard, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management
• Experience in Quick Commerce procurement
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze costs and make strategic decisions
• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset
• Strong computer skills (especially Excel)
