Hiring: Finance and Operations Analyst

CTC Range: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

RIVN Technologies is looking for a Finance and Operations Analyst to support budgeting, operational tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination across the business.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, and key financial ratios

• Understanding of budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and operational tracking processes

• Comfortable working with operational, financial, and marketing data

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with MongoDB or similar database tools is good to have, but not mandatory

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, revenue planning, and financial analysis

• Prepare MIS reports and track business performance metrics

• Monitor revenues, expenses, and operational costs

• Support analysis of actual performance against budgets and forecasts

• Track product, marketing, and user growth metrics

• Work with internal admin tools and operational data

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers

• Monitor payment gateway dashboards and support reconciliation processes

• Help streamline reporting workflows and operational processes

• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth operational execution
