Job Summary

At TRITAL Care, we are building a high-performance healthcare staffing organization supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, MSPs, and VMS programs across the United States.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director / Senior Director who can lead large-scale healthcare staffing delivery operations, build high-performing recruiting teams, improve operational scalability, drive revenue growth, and strengthen MSP/VMS client relationships.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands both healthcare staffing operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and scale healthcare staffing delivery operations across multiple divisions

* Oversee Travel Nursing, Allied, Therapy, Local, and Per Diem staffing teams

* Drive organizational growth, revenue, and fill ratios

* Build high-performing recruiting leadership teams

* Manage MSP/VMS delivery strategy and enterprise healthcare clients

* Improve operational scalability, recruiter productivity, and quality controls

* Develop KPI dashboards, hiring strategies, and workforce planning models

* Partner with Executive Leadership on growth and expansion initiatives

* Strengthen client relationships and delivery performance

* Ensure compliance, process governance, and operational excellence
