What You Bring
– MBA or PGDM in Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification.
– 8 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in GCC HRBP role.
– Proven experience in a GCC is must, shared services, or multinational environment.
– Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate matrix organizations and diverse cultures.
– Expertise in change management, employee relations, and HR analytics.
– Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
– Experience scaling operations and managing a diverse workforce across tech, finance, and operations functions.
Location
Pune – Hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
What You’ll Do
– Partner with GCC leadership to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and workforce plans.
– Drive talent review processes including performance management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
– Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and promote DEI values.
– Lead change management efforts related to scaling, restructuring, and organizational transitions.
– Support performance calibration cycles and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on rewards strategy.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies across the employee lifecycle.
– Act as a bridge between global HR Centres of Excellence and local GCC teams, influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
