The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating short videos, reels, posts, stories, captions, and promotional content. This role requires creativity, consistency, basic marketing understanding, and the ability to follow trends while keeping the brand message professional and clear.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp promotion.
• Ability to create reels, short videos, posts, and stories.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, or similar content creation tools.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
• Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, engagement, and audience growth.
• Confidence to appear in videos or coordinate video creation.
• Ability to work independently and meet posting schedules.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation will be preferred.
• Understanding of paid ads will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Plan and publish reels, short videos, posts, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Write simple, attractive, and clear captions for social media posts.
• Promote company products, services, offers, and campaigns online.
• Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Create basic video content using mobile phone, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand products, services, and marketing priorities.
• Increase social media reach, followers, engagement, and enquiries.
• Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries professionally.
• Support lead generation campaigns through organic promotion and paid ad coordination.
• Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Track basic performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, comments, clicks, and leads.
• Collaborate with influencers, local businesses, creators, and online communities when required.
• Help create testimonials, product explainers, demo videos, and customer success posts.

Preferred Qualification

0 to 3 years of experience in social media content creation, promotion, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related work.
