Salesforce CRM Lead – Technology Full Time

We are hiring on behalf of a leading NBFC — a well-established name in the retail and commercial lending space. This is a confidential search. You will own the CRM platform — Salesforce is the primary stack — across the full lifecycle: roadmap, data governance, integrations, vendor management, regulatory readiness, and change governance.

What this role is, and isn’t

This is a technology leadership role. You will be accountable for platform integrity, data quality, release governance, and compliance — not just configuration tickets. If your background is Salesforce administration or business-side CRM operations, this role is likely not the right fit.

The right profile has spent a career on the technology side of CRM in BFSI — owning platforms across LOS/LMS integrations, regulatory audits, and complex multi-team delivery.

What you’ll own

• CRM platform strategy and roadmap — aligned to business and RBI requirements
• Data integrity and customer master data governance
• CRM releases, change governance, and rollback controls
• Vendor and system integrator management under RBI IT outsourcing guidelines
• End-to-end CRM support for sales, servicing, grievance management, and omni-channel capture

What we’re looking for

• 12–18 years in technology roles within Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Services
• Hands-on platform ownership of Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM
• Experience operating under regulatory and audit scrutiny
• Track record managing CRM delivery teams and external vendors
• Must have Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform, Service Cloud).
