Project Manager – Digital Transformation Projects
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and enterprise technology projects across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, cloud and application delivery programs, and executive-level reporting in fast-paced international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across cloud, enterprise applications, AI, and modernization initiatives
- Manage project planning, execution, governance, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
- Coordinate with engineering, architecture, UI/UX, infrastructure, QA, cybersecurity, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive GCP, Microsoft Azure-based application delivery and modernization initiatives
- Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release tracking
- Maintain and manage Jira boards, sprint reporting, issue tracking, and delivery dashboards
- Prepare executive-level project reports, governance updates, RAID logs, KPIs, and steering committee presentations
- Conduct steering committee meetings, stakeholder workshops, progress reviews, and executive briefings
- Work closely with clients, senior leadership, partners, and third-party vendors to align delivery with business objectives
- Ensure proper documentation, change management, compliance tracking, and project governance standards
- Monitor project risks, escalations, resource planning, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Support pre-sales discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and delivery planning where required
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience managing enterprise digital transformation or large-scale technology projects
- Strong experience delivering Microsoft Azure cloud and enterprise application projects
- Experience managing projects across USA and/or Europe markets is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, cloud delivery, and enterprise application modernization
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience handling executive reporting and steering committee governance
- Strong presentation, documentation, and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional international teams
- Experience working with government, judiciary, healthcare, banking, or enterprise sectors is a plus
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, Agile, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
