Hiring for a leading Travel Company:
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Delhi
Work days: Mon-Fri
Key role & responsibilities:
1. Website & Tools Management
– Manage, monitor, and maintain company websites and internal tools.
– Deploy updates and ensure high availability.
– Maintain and enhance automation scripts.
– Coordinate with developers for enhancements.
2. IT Support & Troubleshooting
– Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
– Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications.
– Maintain IT assets and ensure smooth functioning.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
– Support cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
– Perform system checks, security patching, and vulnerability fixes.
– Assist in audits and documentation.
4. Infrastructure & Maintenance
– Monitor servers, cloud accounts, backups, and system logs.
– Coordinate with vendors for IT requirements.
– Ensure system reliability through routine maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
– 1–3 years of IT support or sysadmin experience (freshers with strong skills can apply).
– Good understanding of networking, OS, hardware, and tools.
– Programming / Coding skills
– Experience with website management and hosting.
– Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash) is a plus.
– Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2).
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹840,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Total: 3 years (Preferred)
- IT Support Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
- Infrastructure management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Website Management & Hosting: 1 year (Preferred)
