Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. This role combines strategic business support with high-level administrative management. You will be the MD’s key partner for day-to-day operations and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage MD’s complex calendar, prioritize meetings, and handle all correspondence

Coordinate with internal teams – Legal, Finance, Projects, Sales for MD-level reviews

Liaise with government bodies like GHMC, HMDA, RERA-TS for project follow-ups and approvals

Support board meetings, investor meetings, and prepare briefing notes & minutes

Oversee documentation for land deals, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance

Handle travel, expenses, and confidential matters with utmost discretion

Track key projects and escalate critical issues to MD

Requirements

5-8 years as EA/Senior EA to CMD/MD/Director in Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction

Hands-on experience with government liaison – GHMC, HMDA, Revenue Dept preferred

Exposure to RERA compliance, building permissions, and commercial leasing

Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Telugu

Note: This is a senior EA role requiring independent decision-making. Only candidates with direct MD/CMD level experience in Real Estate should apply.
