The Practice- A Brief Sketch:

The Health Consulting Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on the clients’ most strategic priorities. We help health clients achieve growth and efficiency through technology transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in Health Business Strategy, (Health Payers, Health Providers, Public Health) where you will get an opportunity to advice and work with our key global clients, driving end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

Business Analysis: Identifying, assessing and solving complex health business problems where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Client Technology Architecture: Helping clients design, architect and scale their journey to new technology-driven growth including Policy Admin System (PAS) and other Health platforms. Enterprise Architecture Transformation: Solving key business challenges by enabling an architecture transformation and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment. Enterprise Growth & Innovation: Assisting our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

Ability to design enterprise architecture across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments in Health Industry Utilize system integration strategy and enterprise framework adoption (TOGAF, Zachman) for defining target state tech ecosystem Architect secure, compliant solutions aligned with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PDPL, HITECH) Guide to modernization using modern engineering methodologies and cloud-native principles, AI / Agentic solution design Architect and implement AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across payer, provider and patient engagement ecosystems, aligned to enterprise architecture standards Ability to provide solution on AI based heath use cases like patient summary generation, autonomous fallout claims processing, Front door conversation agent etc. Advise the Healthcare client on App Rationalization/ Cost takeout/ Disposition Strategy Have a strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital in Health Industry and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities. Demonstrate capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market. Have a proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with effective consulting skills Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization. Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains. Understand and apply the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement. Effectively convey both high-level and granular information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences. Apply your strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders

Architecture and Technical Expertise:

• Strong command of digital core , cloud platforms, on-prem IT infrastructure, and system integration
• Understanding of the ‘technology stack’ from infrastructure through business logic and applications
• Experience in designing Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices architecture, SOA and API architecture , IT process excellence, operating model design and transformation
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
• Experience in architecting GenAI and Agentic AI solutions including LLM integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous workflow orchestration, and secure enterprise AI deployment patterns in healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of AI architecture lifecycle management
• Experience in application rationalization and disposition (Gartner TIME, Amazon 6R)
• Proven ability to drive cost takeout and technology optimization strategies
• Experience with MACH architecture, microservices, Strangler Fig pattern, containers vs VMs
• Exposure to data analytics, AI, and machine learning applications in healthcare
• Strong focus on non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance, DevSecOps, Hosting)

Leadership and Advisory:

• Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong communication and strategic advisory capability

MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 9 years of consulting experience

Industry Experience:

• 9+ years’ experience in healthcare industry in architecture roles
• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, DICOM
• Experience with Healthcare Regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PDPL, HITECH)
• Experience with Payer and Provider platforms, Health Information Exchange etc.
• Strong knowledge of COTS policy administration platforms (Facets, HealthEdge)
