🚀 Hiring: Technical Support Executive | Chennai

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, technical troubleshooting, and operational coordination in a fast-paced software environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day technical support operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations

• Track and manage team SLAs, workflows, and support activities

• Assign and monitor ARC collection responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers

• Coordinate escalated issues with L3 teams and product managers

• Manage and report all incoming support inquiries effectively

• Assist in onboarding and training new support team members

• Conduct webinars and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions

• Support UAT and operational delivery for new product/features

• Ensure customer issues are resolved professionally and within timelines

• Prepare and maintain support documentation and knowledge materials

• Share regular updates with customers regarding issue status and resolutions

• Implement preventive actions to minimize recurring support issues

• Continuously improve support workflows and customer experience

• Create customer self-service support materials and guides

• Analyze Bitrix24 case trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science (Mandatory)

• SQL Certification or SQL course completion preferred

🔹 Skills Required:

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools

• Basic SQL knowledge preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

🔹 Experience:

• 0–1 Year in IT Customer Support

• Experience in POS Software Support will be an added advantage
