Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ASMs and RMs in your territory.
Ensure each team member meets their targets and follows the sales process.
Conduct daily/weekly reviews to track performance, productivity, and pipeline health.
Foster a high-performance culture and accountability across the team.
● Revenue & Target Achievement:
Own the territories’ monthly upselling revenue targets and deliver consistent growth.
Drive adoption and increased usage of all VAS offerings across the existing customer base.
Strategically push higher-value plans and services to increase average revenue per customer.
● Sales Strategy Execution:
Create and implement territory-level sales plans based on company objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to fine-tune strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to run city-specific campaigns.
Ensure 100% CRM compliance and data hygiene.
Share daily/weekly performance reports with leadership.
Conduct regular field visits to support ASMs & RMs and ensure on-ground alignment.
● Customer Success & Retention:
Work closely with the support and operations team to ensure existing clients are satisfied.
Help resolve escalated customer issues and ensure long-term retention.
