Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and creatives.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for campaign execution and branding consistency.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and social media performance metrics.
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.

SEO:

• Perform on-page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Support off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and directory submissions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for improving website visibility.
• Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly blog and website content.

Content & marketing support:

• Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help create marketing content for blogs, social posts, emailers, and website pages.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report monthly performance metrics for SEO and social media campaigns.
• Analyze engagement, impressions, website traffic, and audience behavior.
• Suggest improvements based on campaign and content performance.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-Page & Off-Page SEO).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO tools.
• Creative thinking with good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
