Operations Manager (Remote) Full Time

We’re a Canada-based media agency looking for a full-time Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations from India.

You’ll manage our editing team, talk to clients, and make sure everything gets delivered on time. This is a senior role with real ownership.

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard new clients on Google Meet calls
• Manage our editors and keep projects on track
• Make sure deliveries happen on time and clients approve the work
• Schedule social media posts
• Help run Meta ad campaigns
• Use our tools (GHL CRM, AI tools, etc.) to keep things running smoothly

You Must Have:

• Fluent English, Punjabi, and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or any CRM
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, we will provide the subscriptions
• Meta Ads experience
• Experience managing a team
• Okay with night shift (this is non-negotiable)

• Full-time, work from home
• Anywhere in India
• Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month (room to grow)
