📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida (On-site)

💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Core Accounting)

💰 Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA

📅 Working: Alternate Saturdays off

🔍 Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Day-to-day accounting, journal entries, invoices & expense booking

• Preparation of MIS, financials & schedules

• Ensuring proper classification as per accounting standards

✔ TDS Compliance

• TDS deduction, calculation & timely deposit

• TDS reconciliation & return filing

• Handling TDS notices & tracking TDS receivable

✔ GST Compliance (End-to-End)

• GST on inputs & sales invoices

• E-invoicing & E-way bill compliance

• GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B & GSTR-3B reconciliation

• Ensuring complete GST compliance

✔ Reconciliations

• Bank, GST & TDS ledger reconciliations

• Vendor, customer, credit card & loan ledger reconciliations

• Identification & resolution of differences

✔ Audit Coordination

• Liaising with auditors during audits

• Providing schedules, reconciliations & documents

• Resolving audit queries

✔ Ledger Review & Controls

• Vendor balance review & ageing

• Customer reconciliation & follow-ups

• Proper recording of receivables, payables & TDS

✔ Client & Stakeholder Management

• Interaction with clients for data & clarifications

• Coordination with vendors/customers

• Managing deliverables & timelines

✔ Multi-Client Portfolio Handling

• Managing multiple clients independently

• End-to-end ownership of assigned client portfolio

✔ Team Contribution

• Strong team player with ability to guide juniors

• Capability to act as Team Lead

🛠 Skills & Tools:

• Tally, Zoho Books & accounting software

• TDS filing utilities & GST portal

• Advanced MS Excel & MS Word

• Basic knowledge of AI tools

• 3+ years of core accounting experience

• Strong GST & TDS knowledge

• Ability to handle multiple clients

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
