The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Director – Offshore Delivery to lead and scale our offshore recruitment operations in India. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge global strategy with local execution—ensuring our offshore teams deliver exceptional results in partnership with onshore stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable delivery frameworks that support multiple recruitment models including RPO, MSP, Tundra Managed Solutions (TMS), and Direct Sourcing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Scale Delivery
• Own and grow the offshore delivery function, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and onshore priorities.
• Drive Operational Excellence
• Translate strategy into execution by managing day-to-day delivery, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Partner Globally
• Collaborate closely with Onshore Delivery Directors and senior leadership to execute across multiple client programs and recruitment models.
• Build High-Performing Teams
• Mentor, coach, and develop recruiters and sourcing specialists while strengthening career progression pathways.
• Enable Capability Growth
• Lead training initiatives on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices to continuously elevate team performance.
• Own Performance & Reporting
• Manage key delivery metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting.
• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality while recognizing and rewarding top talent.
• Ensure Compliance & Governance
• Oversee adherence to data privacy, cybersecurity, and job board compliance standards.
• Represent Offshore Delivery Leadership
• Participate in leadership forums, sharing updates, insights, and success stories from the offshore organization.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in offshore delivery, recruitment operations, or global talent solutions
• Proven success leading and scaling offshore teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Strong expertise across recruitment models (RPO, MSP, TMS, etc.)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution
