Key Responsibilities
Role Summary Executive Assistant to the CHRO will be responsible in supporting CHRO in driving key HR priorities, managing strategic projects, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role ensures effective execution of HR strategies, enhances cross-functional collaboration within HR, and supports operational excellence across the HR function. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, skilled in project management, analytics, and strategic execution.
