IT Admin – AI Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Admin – AI to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure while driving the adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation solutions across departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in IT administration, troubleshooting, and system management, along with an interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve productivity and business efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Administration & Infrastructure Management

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and office systems.
• Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding activities including system access, email setup, and device allocation.
• Ensure proper functioning of office IT infrastructure, internet connectivity, firewalls, and security systems.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, system backups, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, AMC, repairs, and support services.

AI Implementation & Automation

• Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and support AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools, and workflow systems.
• Assist departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) in integrating AI tools into daily processes.
• Develop and implement basic automation workflows for repetitive tasks and reporting.
• Conduct training sessions and educate employees on effective use of AI tools and digital productivity solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies relevant to business operations.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure data security, system access controls, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, System Support, or IT Infrastructure Management.
• Basic understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity software.
• Hands-on experience with Windows systems, networking, hardware troubleshooting, Office 365/Google Workspace, and user management.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, Power Automate, Notion AI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems.
• Experience in implementing automation for business operations.
• Ability to train employees and simplify technical concepts for non-technical teams.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
