Digital & Social Media Strategist Full Time

You’ll own the digital and social roadmap at The Creative Stitch — building strategies, growing communities, and turning data into decisions that move the needle. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategy development

Build and manage comprehensive digital and social media strategies aligned with brand goals and business objectives.

Content planning

Own the content calendar — plan, brief, and schedule content across platforms to maintain a consistent, high-quality presence.

Community management

Nurture and grow engaged communities by managing interactions, responding to audiences, and building brand loyalty.

Performance & analytics

Track KPIs across all digital channels, report on results, and use data insights to continuously optimise strategy.

Paid social oversight

Collaborate on paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), supporting targeting, copy briefs, and performance reviews.

Trend monitoring

Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, platform updates, and cultural moments — and translate them into actionable opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or content strategy role — agency or brand-side both welcome.

Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — you understand how each platform’s algorithm thinks.

Analytical mindset — comfortable with native analytics tools and third-party platforms (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

Strong communication skills — able to write sharp briefs, present strategy clearly, and adapt brand voice across formats.

Collaborative approach — you work well with creatives, designers, and account teams to bring strategy to life through great content.

Organised and proactive — you manage multiple brand accounts without dropping the ball, and you flag opportunities before being asked
