Full job description
Field Work
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding computer hardware, peripherals, Application, Networking, and others related to systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals as well as applications issue also.
Conduct hardware repairs and replacements as needed, either on-site or through vendor support channels.
Collaborate with other IT staff to troubleshoot complex hardware-related problems and identify root causes.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and longevity of desktop hardware based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
