What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
- Initiate and manage professional conversations with key stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Conversion
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Engage in thoughtful, professional outreach efforts to support firm objectives.
Content Development & Social Media
- Create professional and engaging content for YouTube/Instagram Shorts, videos, and posts.
- Enhance our online presence with well-crafted, informative content aligned with industry norms.
Digital Outreach
- Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts to expand our digital footprint (a plus).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A creative mindset for content creation.
- Proven experience or education in business development, marketing, or related fields.
- MBA candidates preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Base package: ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 LPA
- Attractive performance bonuses tied to successful conversions.
