The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Search Optimization (AEO) Specialist to elevate Balmain’s digital presence. This is not just a performance role; it is about blending high-end aesthetics with cutting-edge technology (AI Search, Semantic SEO) to ensure Balmain remains at the forefront of the luxury fashion conversation.
Major Responsibilities
– High-End Paid Media: Plan and execute sophisticated campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn to drive awareness and sales for seasonal collections.
– Performance & ROAS: Manage luxury-level budgets, focusing on high-value conversions and maintaining an elite brand image across all ad creatives.
– Future-Proof SEO & AEO: * Optimize Balmain’s digital footprint for AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity).
– Implement Semantic SEO and Schema Markup to ensure Balmain’s heritage and “”Ready-to-Wear”” collections appear as top entities in AI-generated answers.
– Technical Excellence: Conduct technical SEO audits, focusing on Core Web Vitals to ensure the website experience is as seamless as our boutique service.
– Data-Driven Insights: Use Google Analytics 4 and premium SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush) to track global luxury trends and competitor movements.
– Brand Alignment: Coordinate with the Creative and PR teams to ensure all digital strategies align with the Creative Director’s vision.
Key Skills & Requirements
– 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Experience with Luxury Brands or Fashion Agencies is a major plus).
– Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
– Deep understanding of E-E-A-T principles and how they apply to the “”Your Money Your Life”” (YMYL) or Luxury sectors.
– Pioneer mindset in AI Search Optimization (AEO) and conversational query structuring.
– Analytical mindset but with an eye for high-fashion aesthetics.
