About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively driven UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of visual design sensibilities and user-centric thinking to craft intuitive digital experiences across multiple channels. This role supports a broad spectrum of healthcare and life sciences initiatives, including healthcare professional engagement, patient education, e-learning modules, omnichannel campaigns, product detailing aids, and digital platforms. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex scientific and medical information into engaging, accessible, and compliant digital solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative designs that align with strategic objectives and regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Multimedia, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of UI/UX design experience with demonstrated ability to lead modules independently.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, emphasizing healthcare or regulated industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, grid systems, typography, and color theory.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, and similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domains, including familiarity with FDA/EMA compliance and promotional regulatory reviews.
• Ability to simplify complex scientific or medical concepts through visual storytelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organized workflow management.
• Strong collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within structured timelines and multiple stakeholder environments.
• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to iterate designs based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, develop journey maps, and define task flows to inform design decisions.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes that enhance user experience.
• Develop information architecture for digital products, portals, and e-learning systems to ensure seamless navigation and usability.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and device-agnostic experiences, ensuring compliance with standards such as WCAG 2.1.
• Create visually compelling designs that adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and market-specific requirements.
• Develop high-fidelity screens for websites, mobile applications, e-detailers, dashboards, and omnichannel journeys.
• Produce iconography, UI kits, design systems, and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams, medical/scientific writers, developers, and project managers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Understand complex clinical content and translate it into simple visual narratives for diverse audiences.
• Participate in ideation sessions, contribute to campaign-level creative thinking, and support QA during development hand-offs.
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, testing, and evolving project requirements.
