Role Overview
As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
· In-Store Role
· Provide excellent customer service
· Assist customers with product knowledge and styling
· Manage stock and maintain store standards
· Support sales floor operations and communication
· Ensure a seamless in-store experience
What We’re Looking For
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Good operational understanding of retail stores

· Aspiration to become Store Manager
