Job Summary
We are looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain premium hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, professional grooming, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless guest experience.
- Maintain guest records, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Support front office operations and hospitality events.
- Uphold brand image, grooming, and hospitality standards at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and coordination abilities.
- Professional grooming and pleasant personality.
- Ability to handle guests confidently and courteously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospitality operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
- Candidates with experience in hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, modeling, cabin crew, or other client-facing premium service industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
