Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Sr. Manager – Operations & Admin to oversee clubhouse operations, member experience, hospitality services, administration, and CRM activities at Kensville Golf & Country Club.
The role requires strong operational leadership, hospitality expertise, team management capabilities, and a member-first approach to ensuring a warm, personalized, and premium member experience aligned with the standards of Kensville.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clubhouse & Operations Management:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, dining areas, Solarium, lawns, and member facilities.
· Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, operational readiness, and service efficiency.
· Maintain high-quality service standards across all member touchpoints.
· Coordinate with Golf Operations and Events teams for tournaments, corporate events, and special occasions.
· Drive initiatives to improve clubhouse utilization and enhance F&B revenue.
2. Member Experience & Hospitality:
· Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for members and guests.
· Address member feedback, complaints, and service concerns promptly and professionally.
· Build strong relationships with members to improve engagement and retention.
· Organize member engagement activities, festive celebrations, and social events.
3. Team Leadership & Administration:
· Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate clubhouse and service staff.
· Prepare manpower planning, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
· Conduct performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
· Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and adherence to service protocols.
4. Events & Seasonal Promotions:
· Plan and execute food festivals, themed evenings, and seasonal promotions.
· Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to maximize participation and member engagement.
· Support event planning and smooth operational execution during club activities.
5. Hygiene, Housekeeping & Facility Upkeep:
· Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clubhouse facilities, dining areas, changing rooms, and surrounding premises.
· Monitor housekeeping schedules and sanitation checklists.
· Maintain hygiene and hospitality standards as per industry norms.
6. Financial & Inventory Management:
· Manage departmental budgets and operational expenses.
· Monitor procurement and inventory of food, beverages, linen, consumables, and supplies.
· Maintain stock records and minimize wastage.
· Prepare MIS reports related to sales, inventory, manpower, and operational performance.
7. Compliance & Safety:
· Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, health, and statutory regulations.
· Maintain workplace safety standards and proper handling of equipment/materials.
8. CRM & Member Relationship Management:
· Follow up on pending member payments and subscription recoveries.
· Maintain regular communication with members regarding complaints, grievances, and feedback.
· Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of member concerns.
· Maintain member interaction records and follow-up reports.
· Support initiatives focused on member satisfaction and retention.
