Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Career Success Manager to help grow the Vryfide platform by onboarding candidates and employers, driving subscription sales, and building long-term professional relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Career Guidance

• Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
• Help candidates understand career solutions and platform benefits
• Promote subscription-based career services and AI-powered tools
• Assist candidates in improving their job opportunities and career growth

Employer Onboarding & Marketplace Growth

• Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide marketplace
• Build relationships with HR professionals and hiring companies
• Encourage active job postings and platform engagement
• Support marketplace expansion and employer success initiatives

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through calls, meetings, and digital outreach
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-up and conversion strategies
• Provide excellent client and candidate support throughout the process

Course & Career Solution Promotion

• Promote professional upskilling and career development programs
• Help candidates choose suitable courses based on career goals

Key Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, EdTech, HRTech, or Customer Success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment and career guidance is preferred
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
