2. Executive Operations (Pay Band 4)

3. Executive – Business Process Services (Pay Band 4)

Be the go-to problem solver behind seamless operations—balancing finance tasks, resolving queries, and ensuring top-quality service every day.

• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational, on-site environment (Noida)

Role-Specific Requirements

1. Associate Operations (Band 3)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Freshers or up to 6 months of experience

2. Executive Operations (Band 4)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer service or backend operations

3. Executive – Business Process Services (Band 4)

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, along with customer service or backend operations
