About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Healthify. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and ICD coding is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively are critical. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in the healthcare data landscape.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various healthcare sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms to support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare data management.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data analysis tools and techniques.
