About the Role Definition
Develops, oversees, and strives to maximize the efficiency of the logistics, distribution and transportation network necessary to provide end to-
end supply chains. Plans for new network partners, designs, and capacity and capability growth strategies to meet targeted customer service levels, network resiliency, risk management, and enterprise strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Designing and optimizing logistics plans and processes to meet supply chain demands and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes MGPPs to address performance shortfalls and growth. Knowledgeable of industry benchmarks, innovation, and trends in process and technology.

Inventory Management – MFG: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.
Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
Supply Chain Management – MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Warehouse Management: Knowledge of the policies, processes and systems of warehouse management; ability to effectively manage one or more warehouses or distribution centers.
