Job Description – Operational Manager
for Half Light Coffee Roasters
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operational Manager to oversee daily café and roastery operations across our outlets. The role involves managing store operations, team performance, customer experience, inventory control, and operational efficiency while maintaining the quality and service standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across café outlets and roastery.
- Ensure smooth store functioning, SOP compliance, and service consistency.
- Supervise store managers and operational staff.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and hygiene.
- Prepare operational reports and track business performance.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, marketing, and kitchen teams.
- Support new store openings and operational setup.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in multi-outlet operations preferred.
- Good understanding of specialty coffee and customer service standards.
- Strong problem-solving and operational management abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
