JOB TITLE: Executive – Content Marketing

POSITION’S OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a content-driven marketing professional to manage content marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The role will focus on content planning, blog management, SEO/GEO optimization, and creating impactful content that drives engagement and organic growth. Social media will primarily serve as an amplification channel for content distribution and visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Blogs & Long format Articles for different Platforms

• Ideate and execute blogs aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and publishing timelines for all content assets.
• Monitor blog performance including reach, engagement, and visitor growth.
• Maintain quality in content from content writers and agencies.
• Manage Content related to Crafts and Clusters.
• Manage content amplification across Media Platforms.
• Track digital campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve audience engagement and reach.
• Ensure content is structured for better search performance and AI readability.
• Support SEO optimization for blogs and website content to improve organic visibility.
• Assist in keyword research, metadata optimization, and content structuring.
• Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve discoverability across AI-driven search platforms and generative engines.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years of work experience in Content Marketing & Management.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master/Doctorate
• Attention to detail and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of content marketing and digital platforms
• Knowledge of social media management and content amplification
• Basic understanding of SEO and GEO practices
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop new skills
• Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of emerging industry trends
